1. Introduction

These Service Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of matchmaking and introduction services provided by UK Rishta Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering with UK Rishta and using our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

UK Rishta Ltd provides a verified matchmaking and introduction service designed to connect individuals seeking meaningful, marriage-focused relationships. Our services include:

Profile registration and vetting

Identity and background verification (including DBS checks and immigration status review)

Profile matching based on preferences and compatibility

Facilitated introduction appointments between matched clients

3. Introduction Appointment Fee

1. a) Fee Structure

The introduction appointment fee is £300 per person.

1. b) When Payment is Due

Payment of £300 is only required when:

Both clients have viewed each other’s profiles

Both clients have discussed the potential match with UK Rishta

Both clients have mutually agreed to proceed with an introductory appointment

No payment is required until a mutual agreement to meet has been confirmed.

1. c) Payment Before Contact Details Are Released

Payment must be received in full before any personal contact details (including but not limited to telephone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles, or home/work addresses) are shared between clients.

No contact information will be exchanged until payment has been processed and confirmed.

4. 12-Month Validity Period

1. a) What’s Included

Once the £300 introduction fee has been paid, your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

1. b) Additional Introductions at No Extra Cost

If your initial introduction does not result in a successful match, you will not be charged again for any subsequent introductions within the 12-month period.

You are entitled to continue receiving matched introductions at no additional cost until:

You find a successful match, OR

The 12-month period expires

1. c) Renewal

After the 12 months, continued use of our introduction services will require a new £300 payment to reactivate your membership.

5. Introduction Appointment Options
6. a) Recommended: In-Person Meeting with UK Rishta Present

We strongly recommend that both clients meet in person at our office or a mutually agreed location, with a UK Rishta representative present. This provides:

A safe, neutral environment

Professional facilitation of the introduction

Support and guidance during the initial meeting

1. b) Independent Meeting (Client’s Choice)

Clients may choose to meet independently without UK Rishta present if both parties feel comfortable doing so.

Important: If clients choose to meet independently:

They do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility

UK Rishta Ltd accepts no liability for any outcomes, incidents, disputes, or harm arising from independent meetings

Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own safety and conduct

6. Disclaimer of Responsibility

UK Rishta Ltd provides a platform for verified introductions. However:

No Guarantee of Outcomes: We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a successful relationship, engagement, or marriage. Compatibility and personal connection are subjective and beyond our control.

No Responsibility for Rejection: We are not responsible if a matched client rejects your profile or does not find you suitable. Personal preferences vary and are not within our influence.

No Responsibility for Client Conduct: We are not liable for the behaviour, actions, or representations of any client before, during, or after an introduction appointment.

Independent Meetings: If clients choose to meet without UK Rishta present, we accept no responsibility for what occurs at that meeting.

7. Refund Policy

1. a) Non-Refundable Fee

The £300 introduction fee is non-refundable once payment has been made and contact details have been exchanged.

1. b) Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of UK Rishta Ltd. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ukrishta.com.

8. Vetting and Verification Requirements

To be accepted onto the UK Rishta platform, all clients must provide:

Valid DBS Certificate — Must be dated within the last 3 months

Proof of Legal Immigration Status — Valid UK visa or proof of right to reside in the UK

Failure to provide the required documentation will result in rejection of your application.

UK Rishta Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual based on:

Suitability assessments

Character evaluations

DBS check results

Immigration status reviews

9. Respectful Conduct

By using UK Rishta’s services, you agree to:

Conduct yourself with respect and dignity toward all matched individuals and UK Rishta staff

Communicate honestly and transparently throughout the process

Refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour

Consequences of Misconduct:

Immediate and permanent removal from the platform

Placement on the UK Rishta Ltd Bar List (permanent ban from all services)

Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate

Legal action to recover any losses incurred

10. Misuse of Client Information

Any individual found to have:

Obtained client contact details without going through the proper UK Rishta channels

Shared or misused another client’s personal information

Breached confidentiality or data protection obligations

Will be:

Immediately removed from the platform

Permanently barred from all UK Rishta services

Subject to legal action for recovery of fees or damages

11. Right to Refuse Service

UK Rishta Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, without the need to provide a reason.

This policy exists to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of our client community.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

UK Rishta Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client (£300)

We are not liable for emotional distress, disappointment, or failed relationships

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

UK Rishta Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
