If he or she hasn't answered you, they will have to answer us, giving them a 7-day notice to answer questions about why the communication has stopped. Following the outcome, our Head of Professional Standards will decide if the person should remain or be removed from the platform. Anyone not responding to Vetting within 7 days of being served notice will automatically be removed and barred from our platforms
