Verification Policy

To maintain the integrity and safety of the platform, all members may be required to complete identity verification before or during their use of UK Rishta Services and/or VettedMatches.com.

1. Required Documents
   Members may be asked to provide the following documents as part of the verification process:

• Passport or government-issued identification

• Driving licence (full or provisional)

• Proof of address

• Immigration documents (if applicable)

• DBS certificate or criminal record documentation

• Any additional documents requested by the verification team

2. Document Authenticity
   All submitted documents must be genuine, valid, and unaltered. Any attempt to submit fake, edited, forged, or misleading documents will result in immediate rejection or permanent removal from the platform.

3. Verification Review Process
   Each application is carefully reviewed by the moderation and vetting team. Profiles are only approved once the verification process is successfully completed and all required checks are satisfied.

4. Right to Request Additional Information
   The platform reserves the right to request further documentation or clarification at any stage of the verification process to ensure authenticity and safety.

5. Approval or Rejection
   Only verified users will be approved to use the platform fully. If verification is unsuccessful, the account may be rejected or suspended at the discretion of the moderation team.

6. Data Usage
   All documents and information provided during verification are used strictly for identity confirmation and safety purposes within the platform.
