Anti-Ghosting and Accountability Policy

UK Rishta Services and VettedMatches.com are committed to promoting respectful communication, accountability, and emotional well-being within the platform community. This policy is designed to reduce ghosting behaviour and encourage honest interaction between members.

1. Definition of Ghosting
   Ghosting is defined as repeated or intentional failure to respond to messages, match requests, or ongoing communication without explanation after showing interest.

2. Monitoring and Reporting
   Users may report suspected ghosting behaviour through the platform’s reporting system. All reports are reviewed by the moderation and safeguarding team to ensure fair assessment of each case.

3. Review Process
   If a user is reported for ghosting, the moderation team may review their activity and communication history. In some cases, the user may be contacted and given up to seven (7) days to respond or clarify the situation.

4. Possible Actions
   Based on review findings, the platform may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning

• Restrict platform features

• Suspend the account temporarily

• Permanently remove the account

• Add the user to an internal restricted list

5. Fair Use and Discretion
   All decisions are made at the discretion of the moderation team to ensure fairness, safety, and integrity of the platform community.

6. User Agreement
   By registering and using the platform, users agree to maintain respectful communication and accept accountability standards outlined in this policy.
